| Wann hat es angefangen? |
Azza Supplementary School started in 1995 as part of a Sudanese women’s project, teaching English, maths, science, Arabic and Islamic studies. There were only 26 children initially, but the school grew quickly to meet increasing demand. This has meant moving several times: Firstly at Canalside House, then a local Methodist Church, and now Azza is based at a local school.

Decide who is going to do what. • Make the classroom exciting, but with a strong disciplinary policy in place. • Make sure you have provided enough space and stimulation for children. • Put rules in place so that children understand the policy on behaviour and discipline.
