Wie / Warum hast du angefangen? (e.g. wer hat Dir geholfen?)
It was plain to see the need of a place like this in Colombia and we decided to start it right here in Palmira. We began with students who have finished all levels of their English courses in different institutions and who do not have a place to practice and share all what they have already learned. So far nobody helps us and is a non for profit activity

Wie funktioniert es?
We just open an space in our institution and it is just as a "break" for all participants. Everything begins as "small talk" and from there on it develops into a conversation where everybody can make his/her contribution. The person in charge is one of our instructors, mister Victor Garcia

Wie funktioniert die Gruppe weitermachen?
So far, we are trying to create an anglosphere where spanish speaking people interested in speaking in English, feel at ease doing it and listening to others in the same situation.

Warum ist es gut für Familien?
Since we are not charging for anything, first, there is an economical advantage. Besides, since there is no levels, modules, textbooks, quizzes, evaluations; or things like that, no matter the level of knowledge of the participants, everybody gets involved and speaks in english as a real life activity rather than an academic compromise.

Ratschläge für andere Familien / Gemeinden?
Yes. Our first advice is that we have to think for a moment, that people who have spent a great deal of money, trying to learn how to speak in English, now that they know how to speak it, they do not have the place/space to practice it. In first world countries it is easy to find colonies of every culture. On the other hand, in third world countries; like in latin america, it is difficult to find an anglo speaking colony. anglo-saxon people tend not to gather, mainly because of safety precautions.
