Located in the Northern Japan Alps, an hour from Matsumoto City, NORTHSTAR outdoor adventures and Lodge is able to offer the best of two worlds… adventure and lodging, under one roof. Whether it is an ascent to the peak, River Hike, Mountain Biking, Road Biking, or a Burton LTR Snowboard Lesson, we are able to offer a high quality product to fit organizations of all types.
NORTHSTAR has served many groups from all walks of life, some have come to have an Adventure with their friends (snowboard trips, cycling events), some with their School (international schools, English schools, universities), and others with a Ministry (youth groups and churches) and we have had the honor to serve them with NORTHSTAR’s best adventure and hospitality. Why go with NORTHSTAR OUTDOOR ADVENTURES? *Staff have local knowledge of the terrain and are fully trained in their specialty and first aid. *Staff who go through an extensive application process can only be staff. *Full time staff who can lead in both English and Japanese. *An outstanding chef who makes food that is youth friendly and yet healthy. *A kid welcoming lodge, game room, rock climbing wall, snack shop and trampoline. *On campus ropes course and initiatives. *Ability to handle groups from 10-90.
