This playgroup was started in April 2010 by two women living in Chiba, Japan. Laura Marushima an Australia and Stephanie Ando a South African wanted to be able to have an English playgroup closer to home for their babies aged 4 months (at the time).

First event will be held May 18, 2010 in Kasai Rinkai Koen in Tokyo. The plan is to visit the aquarium there but we hope to meet once or twice a month in different parks or child-friendly areas in the Chiba or Tokyo North East area.
We add anyone interested in perhaps attending events to a mailing list that is run from chiba.peanuts (at) yahoo.co.uk.
