The biggest challenge was when Friends' Corner had to move house!
The rent at the new premises was 200 euros extra a month, and to set it all up was about 2000 euros!!! We all had to rally as a community to ensure that Friends' Corner continued to survive and thrive! To raise the money we asked everyone we knew to : 1. Donate an amount. 2. Buy a book of visiting passes. (5 has 1 for free, 10 has 3 for free) 3. Become a member-details of membership types below. 4. Hold a fundraising night at our club house. 5. Help us pack, move, unpack-bring cardboard boxes. 6. Help us decorate, renovate. 7. Volunteer their DIY talents As you can we see we made it! | |||||||||||

At the playgroup, the little ones enjoy a daily programme of puzzles, outside play, toys, homemade playdough, art project time, story time and sing-along.
The language spoken is English. If you are Greek speaking then it is a perfect opportunity for you to practise and for your child to have his first taste of English. Friends' corner is open daily and a visit costs only 5E(maximum of 2 visits a month.) Monthly membership costs 60E and entitles you to daily visits and keys to the premises for private use :-) We also have numerous parties throughout the year for traditional celebrations such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter and of course many birthday parties! | |||||||||||
